How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have a long history of providing services; we are non-profit; and we are accredited/licensed.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 3 offices in Birmingham and offices in Pelham, Huntsville, and Mobile. No current plans to expand.

Executive Offices are located in Southside Birmingham. Take 20th Street south through 5-Points. Gateway is on the left between 14th and 15th Avenues.
What type of payments do you accept?
Many services are provided on a sliding scale, based on income. We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, and a variety of insurances. We are also a Medicaid provider.
Which areas do you service?
We provide all of our services in the Birmingham area; Independent Living and home-based services in Huntsville; and home-based services in Mobile.

What are your hours of operation?
M-Th - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. F - 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Check with individual offices for additional hours.
