With more than 35 years of experience in the corporate and non-profit world, I have seen the best and the worst in etiquette both in the business and the social realm. I wanted to do something to help individuals show respect for each other. A communications professional who has earned an APR (accredited public relations professional designation received in 2002), I received certification in children's etiquette in 2002 and business etiquette a year later from The American School of Protocol.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
