JLFConsulting, LLC provides integrated services to help effectively manage critical human resource responsibilities and employer risks for clients. We deliver these services by establishing and maintaining a co-employer relationship with the employees at our client's worksite and by contractually assuming certain employer rights, responsibilities, and risk.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Having over 20 years of experience helping small to medium sized businesses via Human Resources Management and Management Consulting, the most logical next step was to start a consulting firm to help people connect to businesses that need talent and vice versa. Along with offering a variety of Human Capital Management Services.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As we grow, we will begin disbursing teams of personnel to our client sites to assist with not only staffing, but able to assist and guide with start-ups, business development, auditing and everything in between Full Life-cycle Recruitment and Retirement.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location at present, but will be expanding within the next 12 months to another location and hiring more than 800 employees.
